These terms govern your use of thehauseoffades.com, operated by The Hause of Fades ("we", "us", "the shop"), located at 19810 Village Center Dr, Fort Myers, FL 33913. By using the site you agree to them.
What the site is
The site describes the shop and its barbers and links you to each barber's own booking page. It is for information and for getting you to the right chair.
Booking is with each barber, on their platform
Every barber at the Hause runs their own schedule on their own booking platform (TheCut, Booksy, Setmore or Square Appointments). When you click a booking link you leave our site. Your appointment, its price, its cancellation and no-show rules, and any payment are governed by that barber and that platform's terms, not by this site. We work to keep the links current, but each barber's availability and pricing can change at any time and are shown on their booking page.
Pricing
Pricing is set by each barber individually. Any price shown on this site is a starting point supplied to us by the barbers and may change. The price on the booking page at the time you book is the price.
Text messaging
If you opt in to texts on our Text Us page or text the shop first, you agree to receive replies to your questions, booking help, and occasional updates from the shop. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how your number is handled.
Join the Hause applications
Submitting the Join the Hause form is an expression of interest, not an offer of work and not a contract. We may contact you about it and may keep your details on file for future openings.
Content
The Hause of Fades name, HF monogram, photographs and text on this site belong to the shop or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission. Barber bios are each barber's own words, used with their permission.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site: no scraping, no attempts to interfere with it, no submitting false or abusive information through the forms, and no use of the text messaging service for anything other than contacting the shop.
No promises about the site itself
The site is provided as is. We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we make no promise that it will be error free or uninterrupted, or that every link will always work. To the fullest extent allowed by law, the shop is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or from any third-party booking platform it links to.
Links to other sites
Booking platforms, Google Maps and Instagram are run by others. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Lee County, Florida.
Changes
If these terms change, the new version is posted here with a new date.
